Keep your spirits high
The CEO of IPG Mediabrands Greece – Konstantinos D. Rokos – kept all teams across the company informed and motivated. Amid the difficulties that the pandemic brought to all workplaces, mr. Rokos, found the way to lead communications. Along news, work related updates, task programming and so on, there was time to teach a brief history in Greek advertising and also the agency’s presence since its opening in Athens. These emails, became a Friday standard in all employees inbox, as an intermission from the work week. This book, is the complete dated archives of all the emails that were sent from February 2020 to January 2021. Printed in 7 copies, as a birthday present for CEO K. D. Rokos, the rest of the copies were handed out to board members of the company. Each book was all enclosed in an acrylic case, to signify the digital origins of the content.
The chapters, correspond to the months of the pandemic. Minimal, colourful & bold images, were designed for all splash spreads. These illustrations are simplified depictions of that month’s headlines on the pandemic and their general feel.
Our bespoke typeface, with its technical look and feel to it, was used throughout the layout. A true variable font, that fitted this project as it conveys a digital character in the printed format.
