OKKA is an artisanal dairy producer dedicated to the craft of traditional Greek PDO cheeses. The brand’s portfolio includes Graviera from Amfilochia, Cretan Graviera, Naxian Graviera, and semi-hard Kaseri cheese—each rooted in a specific geography, method, and cultural heritage.

The design approach centers on typography as the primary visual language. Inspired by 1960s serif typography, the identity uses bold, all-caps letterforms that communicate authenticity, confidence, and timelessness. The typographic system references classic food labeling while remaining contemporary through scale, spacing, and color application.

Each cheese variety is distinguished through a monochromatic color system, with every label built around a single vibrant hue—purple, green, blue, or red. This color-coding creates clear product differentiation while maintaining strong shelf impact and brand cohesion. The saturated tones contrast with the restrained typographic layout, allowing the packaging to feel both expressive and disciplined.

The result is a visual identity that balances heritage and modernity: a bold, typographic packaging system that honors traditional cheese-making while positioning OKKA as a confident, design-driven artisanal brand.
